I am still swooning over this pale pink themed shoot with the most gorgeous angel - just look at those sweet baby lips! This amazing couple brought in their first baby girl Mia at 10 days old for an in studio newborn photo session last month and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how the images turned out!

Casual poses with mom and dad cradling baby are wonderful in addition to more intricate poses with just baby using some of our many props like the sweetest, tiniest beds, swings, and baskets. Rest assured, your precious gift is in great hands as safety is top priority. As a former mother/baby nurse, I have years of experience handling and caring for newborns!

Make sure you book your shoot months in advance to your due date to secure your spot on my calendar! I only take on a few newborn shoots each month to ensure I get to dedicate a session to your little cutie around 3-14 days old.

Newborn lifestyle photography is so near and dear to me. It allows me to capture your family in those early days in the comfort of your own home. It allows a snapshot into time of what your baby looked like in the nursery you perfectly planned and curated, the rocking chair that you spend hours holding your little one in, and the family bed where tender moments are shared. I love how personal and intimate these sessions are!

Holiday Family Portraits in Albuquerque, New Mexico

The Gawne Family braved the winter cold for a quick holiday family photo shoot at one of my favorite spots, the Elena Gallegos Open Space in the foothills of the gorgeous Sandia Mountains These sweet boys and their parents were such troopers and thankfully you can’t even tell how freezing cold it was :) How adorable are they in their coordinating plaid shirts and that bowtie on baby boy - so stinkin’ cute!!

I also loved how Mom and Dad were a bit more understated in their black outfits. I always try to make sure to get a solo shot of just Mom and Dad. Isn’t the kissing photo to die for? Definitely frame worthy!
